Support from management
Management is extremely unsupportive. Operations manager has zero people skills and no legal experience at all.
Freedom to work independently
Employees are not encouraged to show any imitative at all.
There is a prevailing culture of fear/dread. A constant feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are no senior employees. The turnover rate is extremely and unusually high. Most employees don't stay more than 3 to 4 months.
There is no feeling of job stability. The turnover rate is so high that there is a constant feeling of the axe being about to fall.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change in management of operations.
What I like about the company
I liked the location of the office and the integrity of and work ethic of the director of pre-suit department.
What I dislike about the company
The operation management is very unprofessional and extremely chaotic.
