The owner picks distinct favorites and devalues and discourages others. You will not find support or encouragement from her. She views her employees as completely disposable. The owner also engages in gossip involving both clients and employees.
Hours are frequently cut.
Suggestions for improvement
- I recommend that the employer and leadership begin to value their employees and to encourage them rather than being against them. Improved organization. Less gossip and back-biting. It would be nice if the leadership/owner would do something nice for all the hard work their employees put such as buying them lunch for meeting sales goals for the month, etc. Show appreciate to the staff and stylists.
