Suggestions for improvement
- Terminate unnecessary management, keep an eye on the management to make sure they appreciate good employees. Reward great staff rather than lie about them and terminate them. This law firm needs to be a lot more honest with their employees.
What I like about the company
New experiences are possible in this law firm, you will learn new programs and new legal related tasks. Some of the attorneys and support staff are helpful.
What I dislike about the company
Management need to understand what support staff is doing. Support staff needs positive feedback, not cut throat back stabbing critique. Let employees do their job. Too many worthless meetings that have no results. Treat people much better, they deserve much better than this law firm.
