Support from management
Management learns about managing as it goes. If you are a part of the "group", just like in high school, everything is fine. If you are a professional who just wants to do his/her job, you might have more difficult time.
Teamwork depends on a day - it could be fantastic one day/week/even month. Then, something will change and without a notice everybody fends for him/herself.
Very poor. For some reason, management has to keep secrets from "the others". When questions are asked, they are answered, but usually with attitude.

Suggestions for improvement
- Get educated. Transparency would be helpful.
What I like about the company
The owner and my supervising physician are two people of high integrity and compassion. Flexible work hours if your job is done. If the management likes you, and you have common interests outside of work, you are in!!!!!
What I dislike about the company
Several people that they trust to run the company, have no knowledge or experience on many areas they are entrusted. Be aware! If you are not i a part of the "click" with the management, start counting your days. You will be promised a lot - career advancement, benefits, and more as you start. You will get 10% during your employment. You will lose all off it one day.
