Suggestions for improvement
- I think human resources is forced to do too many programs and employee events to keep up with. As an employee I can hardly keep up with the different programs and remember what I am supposed to do, so I am sure it is much worse for the human resources employees. Sometimes it is obvious they are stretched thin because the programs or events are obviously put together last minute or are really lacking in some way.
What I like about the company
This company is a great place to work and feels like a family.
