Suggestions for improvement
- Update your policies, for the sake of the employees who have to enforce them.
What I dislike about the company
Some of the policies incite a lot of frustration in customers i.e. refusing returns on gift cards, lengthy return transactions, minimal senior/damaged goods discounts, and being unable to look up products on an inventory to see what's available. Typically, we employees bare the brunt of the customers dissatisfaction.
Also, it takes an obnoxiously long time to move upwards in the company. It can take literal years to become an FES or MOD+, both of which have few more responsibilities than the bottom-of-the-rung sales associate.
