Most of the people I worked with were friendly, honest, and worked together really well.
There wasn't as much communication as I would have liked, even between managers. This sometimes made scheduling and availability changes difficult.
There are some opportunities for advancement but not a whole lot.
Overall Compensation for your work
You get minimum wage and there are no benefits unless you get full-time, which almost nobody does. This never bothered me because they told me this from the start and I never expected it anyway.
