Work /life balance does not really happen.
Unrealistic work load, do much more with much less resources.
Clicky environment at all levels.
Incredible turnover due to rate of pay for entery level hires and workload.
No true engagement/connection with all levels of the business.
To be successful and stay employeed, you will need to be able to change direction as the company changes, you need to commit to the job, and put the time in to learn the role. Your level of self sacrafice will be high, as that is the only way to make this work.
