Suggestions for improvement
- More hands on training, better incentives for hitting monthly goals, monthly awards for those who exceed goals.
What I like about the company
My manager was very understanding and helpful with any and all issues I had. She handles stress better than I could in her position and her work ethic is unmatched.
What I dislike about the company
The upper managements "scare tactics"" are outdated and not effective. Positive, constructive criticism and more hands on training would be much more effective than aggressive conference calls threatening people's jobs."
