Suggestions for improvement
- As associates, we should be able to put our foot down and refuse service when customers throw clothes, credit cards, debit cards, cash and change and as well as items at us because of their dissatisfaction. Instead of calling a manager that ends up checking them out regardless. This causes employees to feel worthless.
What I like about the company
Job security, management is fair and understanding. Very flexible with school schedules. Respect is given to all associates regardless of gender, race, or sexual orientation.
