Support from Management
My supervisor was the best in the Customer Support Center. She had her team members backs no matter what the situation may it be personal or work related.
Suggestions for improvement
- Go out of business for good!!. If you keep doing massive lay offs every 2-5 years, maybe its time to close the doors to the,company for good.
What I like about the company
The work was not very challenging. It mostly was the upper management causing a lot of changes before the current up d acted changes were in place.
