Support from Management
There are numerous group outings , but it appears that only certain people attend be cause of the chosen atmosphere.
Fairness needs much improvement. It seems that persons are normally rewarded as a way of a person of management trying to "make up" for their wrong doings...
It's unfortunate, but considering this is a call center environment, the metrics are not clearly made out by management. After being with the company for quite some time, I only had a sit down with mgmt ( at my request), once.
Furthermore, mgmt lacks control of conflict situations among employees. Vulgar language, harassment, and creating a hostile workplace are some of the things that are allowed. In some cases, situations have been ignited by persons of management.
