Company Culture

Very horrid and disrespectful atmosphere. Daily Harrassment if you do well others will make you fell badly. Use of foul language and blatant disregard for their non-harassment policy and "great place to work" motto.

Support from management

Non-existent, no employee feedback considered. Unrealistic expectations.

Teamwork

If you need help (most of)your co-workers will say it's not their job, problem ect....

Freedom to work independently

You are left to fend for your self and are never provided proper training or feedback.

Internal Communication

No the only communication is when you make a mistake and it is not communication but more of an insult fest with 2 managers coming at you.

Gender Equality

I was treated poorly and fired as we're 8 other women in a 6 month period. They treat women less than men and will promote a man even if a woman is better qualified

Attitude towards older colleagues

The older you are the more likely you will be fired.

Career Development

No opportunity for advancement especially if you are Caucasian or Female.

Overall compensation for your work

Not fairly compensated considering the daily sexual and Racial comments and Harrassment rampant in their atmosphere.

Office / Work Environment

Computers slow, lighting causes headaches, no one to relieve for your breaks/lunches, very hot in summer and cold in fall/winter

Non-existent

Work-Life Balance

You are required 40 but they constantly guilt you into working 60 or 70 hours a week. If you have a family emergency instead of being concerned they guilt you.

Company Image

Horrible they say they are 24 hours but most cities and states are closed down after 5pm

Job Security

No security this place is a revolving door. I was here 9 months and saw 40 people come and go.

  • Start from the foundation up and rebuild your vision and values. Hold employees accountable for their horrible actions. Treat all genders and races equally

What I like about the company

My 4 coworkers who helped me and made me feel better after daily Harrassment left me crying at the end of each shift. They were great and we stuck together.

What I dislike about the company

The lies lies and more lies they feed you. Their allowance of disregard for company policy and allowing sexual and Racial Harrassment from employees and management.

Company Culture

There are numerous group outings , but it appears that only certain people attend be cause of the chosen atmosphere.
Fairness needs much improvement. It seems that persons are normally rewarded as a way of a person of management trying to "make up" for their wrong doings...

Support from management

It's unfortunate, but considering this is a call center environment, the metrics are not clearly made out by management. After being with the company for quite some time, I only had a sit down with mgmt ( at my request), once.
Furthermore, mgmt lacks control of conflict situations among employees. Vulgar language, harassment, and creating a hostile workplace are some of the things that are allowed. In some cases, situations have been ignited by persons of management.

Teamwork

In most cases, colleagues try to assist each other when needed.

Freedom to work independently

Many times, some workers are over loaded with duties. There are some positions that require 2 or 3 people, but the work load has been given to 1 person.

Internal Communication

Because of the bonuses received by management... Company profits are mentioned on a weekly basis.

Gender Equality

Absolutely not. Up until recently and after many complaints, we did not have a bilingual/ Spanish speaking person for the evening shift. Unfortunately, without an interpreter, many customers were not assisted due to language barrier.

Career Development

No career development.... Very few dispatchers have gone on to other development. Even during my interview , the comment was made- once a dispatcher, always a dispatcher...

Overall compensation for your work

Unfortunately, salary and merits are not given fairly. It depends on "who you know"

Office / Work Environment

Lack of temperature control- part of office too hot, other part of office too cold- this has been in going for many years.
There is a cafeteria/ kitchen on site which is often left unsanitary .
Everyone wants to cook/ eat... But no one wants to keep it clean- unless there are visitors on site.

Work-Life Balance

In most cases I will say accommodations are met when it comes to balancing work schedule/ home. This is one of the favorable qualities of the company.

Lets sum it up this way... Corporate had to recently step in due to the poor employees response to call enter work ethics.

Handicapped Accessibility

The call center is all on one floor. Very spacious, but work stations are NOT ergonomically correct, which can later result with health issues.

Challenging Work

Quite the opposite actually. Customer service reps are told to book schedules for customers " knowing" that the appointed times WILL NOT be met. This situation leads to unhappy customers . Which results to escalated calls, complaints, derogatory comments to dispatchers from angry customers.
How about making it right, the first time around??
