No fairness what so ever. You can not feel comfortable or trust management when issues arise, fear to retaliation.
Support from Management
Management/Supervisor had open door policy but when issues were brought to thier attention, nothing was done about it when it was it was against a person they favored. If something was said about supervisor there was 100 % retaliation.
Level of Autonomy
Workload was not equally divided, due to the fact that some employees would work too slow or make too many mistakes. Therefore work was taken from them and given to someone else.
