- Change of ownership and reward loyalty over nepotism.
What I like about the company
There was a small potential to make good bonuses prior to the industry downturn.
What I dislike about the company
Everything else including the "good old boy" system of rewarding friends and people of the same social ilk rather than hard work or achievement.
