Round table discussions & phone calls. I feel like family when I can talk to the owners about anything & everthing. It's nice to be needed & when they ask me my opion on important business decisions.
We are still working on this benefit package.
Suggestions for improvement
- Add a optional benefit program for life, health, dental, & retirement plans
