Leaders always seemed to be afraid of getting there hands dirty. Leaders or Management caused the conflict usually making things worse for everyone.
People at Royal Honda did not understand the meaning of teamwork. Everyone's major concern was themselves.
No communication would be better. There wasn't any meetings to discuss new goals or projects.
Overall Compensation for your work
Compensation the very bare minimum, benefits were very expensive and not something that was very worthwhile. A waste!
