Suggestions for improvement
- Manager on floor needs more interaction with employees. As to look for long term employees and keeping them. Just careering or at lest acting like they career for his employees.
What I like about the company
It was a good job at the period of time of my life.
What I dislike about the company
Job security was very low. When thing get slow they lay off to never call u back into work. Because they bring in new temps as to pay less.
