Suggestions for improvement
- Change upper management, they have no direction as shown with their lack of progress post split.
There's a good open line of communication between staff and management. There are opportunities for advancement within the company.
I feel all employees should have a more one on one relationship with each client in order to expand their knowledge of the clients and how they prefer things to be done. This way of an employee is absent to work someone else can help the client so they do not have to wait and in the end we can take on more clients bc work would essentially be completed sooner.
