Suggestions for improvement
- Too top heavy which means the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. They care more about the company than their employees.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed the work , and most of my coworkers.
What I dislike about the company
My supervisors, pay, putting people on hourly whether they liked it or not. No Christmas bonus's or descent raises. People at the bottom of the food chain have to pay for the poor planning of their supervisors by loosing their jobs or not receiving decent wages.
