Company was run on bottom line results.
As area rep, was discouraged to take time off. Someone else had to cover if you were absent more then 2 days. Had personal days but was hard to take them. Had to make up work. Was as if you were one person deep.
I like about the employer
Gave you an area and you were as if you were your own boss. Run your assigned route and get the work done.
