Support from management
I feel as though higher management could take more consideration for employees thoughts and opinions rather than immediate termination for not agreeing with ideas.
Again higher management could work more with their lower management rather than it being a power struggle.
All areas of the company need to effectively communicate more with one another.
Overall compensation for your work
The compensation was definitely not worth the type of work and stress involved in the position. Bonus structures were completely backwards especially when a person of management gets denied a bonus and a raise when all other employees were compensated well. There was definitely zero fairness involved.
Being terminated for not completing a task as stated is not the type of employer to have.
Suggestions for improvement
- Rethink the director of program management position/person.
