Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employees more flexibility in work/life balance. Increase salaries to be competitive in the market. Morale is low among employees.
What I like about the company
The on-site fitness center is nice and there is free candy.
What I dislike about the company
Salaries are much lower than market (at least 20%). Micro-management is abundant. Few managers allow flex time which is difficult trying to leave the KCMO office during rush hour.
