Support from management
Nine years employment under nine different bosses. It became an annual event explaining my job functions to new management - none of which lasted long, nor bothered with performance reviews due to the 6+ year pay freeze.
Suggestions for improvement
- Reward your non-executive staff employees. A 6+ year pay freeze amidst multiple rounds of layoffs spattered with disposable management hires has eroded employee satisfaction.
What I like about the company
The customers were enthusiastic about the company's success.
What I dislike about the company
Financial instability and lack of professionalism by upper management.
