No trust or fairness at all. If you are the leaders' pet than you get perks and increase. If you're not, then you get nothing even if you're the most competent and best employee. This is the honest truth.
Support from Management
Leaders/Management are clueless. They never involve employees in decision-making. There are no clear directions or decisions because leaders don't even understand or know what they are doing.
