well, for new people its important to see a sense of urgency. They would have you sit there for a week doing nothing. I needed to get on the phones to make money.
Suggestions for improvement
- Im not sure what to say. Everyone from Human resource to the CEO was unreachable. It's like we don't exist. Maybe act like you care about your people. They don't take care of there top employees. I heard a couple of top employees over ten year veterans had recently left the company. Not sure why.
