Similar to a managed care organization of medical doctors such as a PPO, we ensure that each injured victim who reaches out to us gets routed to a designated Member Attorney who will answer the call live and provide immediate help.

The company was founded in 1984 by Randy W. Lynch with a double mission:

  • Help law firms gain strength through unity: We believe that even small to medium sized law firms can achieve high levels of competitiveness by pooling their resources.
  • Provide law firms with access to new clients: We make it possible for law firms to easily and exclusively reach all injury victims in their community.
Since those early days we have connected our Member Attorneys to over 4 million injury victims in need of legal representation. RW Lynch and its affiliates continue to be privately held and managed.

What is special about working for us?

Our most important feature: Exclusivity

Each of our Member Attorneys manages an exclusive geographical area or "Membership Zone". Each Zone encompasses various adjacent Zip codes and contains a community of individuals in need of legal representation. Our Injury HelpLine® connects every injury victim within a Membership Zone EXCLUSIVELY with the Member Attorney responsible for that Zone. This protects our Members from having to share calls from injury victims within their community. Now they can focus every effort on winning case after case for victims under their responsibility. We do the rest. That includes multi-channel advertising through the Injury HelpLine®, processing and delivering help requests from injury victims and assisting our Members in finding the best cases for their legal practice.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Don't hire people who are not a good fit for this position ( BDS ) it takes an" A" player to work here and it can be frustrating to work with those who are just looking for a paycheck this is a career not a job

What I like about the company

It's a fun and challenging work place with lots of team spirit and ability to make an uncapped income

Support from management

well, for new people its important to see a sense of urgency. They would have you sit there for a week doing nothing. I needed to get on the phones to make money.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Im not sure what to say. Everyone from Human resource to the CEO was unreachable. It's like we don't exist. Maybe act like you care about your people. They don't take care of there top employees. I heard a couple of top employees over ten year veterans had recently left the company. Not sure why.
