Suggestions for improvement
- If the team has a stellar year than the client should be allowed to reward those employees for a job well done. By limiting this you completely take out the incentive to try to achieve above and beyond set goals.
I like about the employer
Teamwork was imperative and everyone really worked well together.
I dislike about the employer
Backbiting coworkers who always went to management first to resolve problems with other employees.
