There were many times the topics of conversations in my department went far past a sexual harassment point. Not only with co-workers but also with several upper management personnel.
Most of the employee's are selfish and have no actual work ethic.
There is no communication between upper management and it's employees. Upper management let my co-workers decide what rules needed to be in place. They had no ability to actually lead our team.
