Two stars is probably one too many. There is no culture. Management does not know how to create a good working environment.
Support from Management
The Director of Sales has no business sense at all - none. He is trying to stay under the radar. He then verbally mis-manages the management team under him... Who have no management skills either. It's a never ending cycle.
The actual employees within the inside sales team have a lot to offer and know more about the business then those in the field. They just aren't allowed to offer their opinions and solutions.
