Some employees are commended. It is questionable whether the company contributes to the work climate of fairness and trust.
Support from management
The supervisor is often very critical of workers' performance and instead of a positive work recommendation, employees are often critisized in front of other employees.
Teamwork is excellent and leads are always ready to help.
Freedom to work independently
Workloads are fairly distributed.
