The hispanic floor manager would always pick hispanic workers for favorable jobs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hear employees ambitions and ideas. Get rid of favoritism and treat workers equally. Stop pushing employees to work faster just because the share holders would like that, it is very unsafe.
I like about the employer
There isnt a shortage of hours to work.
I dislike about the employer
Training is lacking, and they are always pushing for more production, without the tools to do so or the skill to see all the factors involved.
