no, my goals change daily, if not hourly. No one has a clear definition of what their job is, and what other role jobs are.
No one works together, they all live in their little silos and no one talks to anyone.
you can't even get people to leave their chair to come to a meeting room for meetings. You have to set up a webex or people will not come to meetings.
Not too much, pay is pretty good
No one talks to each other, constant email barrages or they just ignore you. If yous set up a meeting 10 feet from their desk, they still require that you give them a bridge - because they can't get up from their desk and walk 10 feet.
