Support from management
You got a lot of comments from the leadership team, however it was difficult to follow because nobody was on the same page.
There is a lack of good support from the bottom to the top in this company. Most everyone takes care of themselves and is not willing to help.
Freedom to work independently
There are many times when a classroom would have more children in it than it is licensed for, and you will be alone. The regulations and laws of DCFS are seen as in the way of the company making money. Do not expect for easy workload. Also, you have to have everything you want to do approved by somebody from corporate.
