SAFE has progressively lost what they used to have as far as rewarding their employees, not that each individual is entitled to a reward, its conservative atmosphere seems to take away from its incentives and culture. Being that it is such a conservative company, trust isn't a word to best describe its practices towards their employees. In fact management seems to close its trust from anyone who is not part of their upper management team.
Support from Management
Unfortunately safe tends to forget that its employees are people. Sales goals climb consecutively each year for front office staff to a point where it is unreachable and let their long time employees go. Decisions regarding the company, department or branch are never include employees.
