The morale was extremely low.

There was no support
No training program. We had to work together in order to make business flow properly.
Level of Autonomy
I did other people's work on a continuous basis. Other people weren't reprimanded for not closing out their products for month end.
We had one meeting and I was there for over two years.
Working conditions were okay.
