Freedom to work independently
I don't one of the original hires at Ford Field and every time you try to go for promotions it's not based on what you know how long you been there it's all who you know and who you're friends instead of your ability to perform or doing work. I think that Management needs to sometimes observe their workers before having a decision to promote or not promote. and when they don't promote they need to explain to you why or how you can do what they expect.
Suggestions for improvement
- not trained enough to speak or even know their surroundings to be supervising other people.
- Better training for management and supervisors and a little diversity training.
