Suggestions for improvement
- Start your employees with more than minimum wage!
Lowest morale I have ever been apart of.
Biggest reason for low morale.
Hourly employees do the best they can with poor senior leadership.
You have to figure it all out on the fly. There is no direction given from senior leadership.
When the CEO does talk to employees he does nothing but belittle them. His self awareness IQ is next to nil!
Supervisors have no plan of action when company gets busy
