Lowest morale I have ever been apart of.
Support from management
Biggest reason for low morale.
Hourly employees do the best they can with poor senior leadership.
Freedom to work independently
You have to figure it all out on the fly. There is no direction given from senior leadership.
When the CEO does talk to employees he does nothing but belittle them. His self awareness IQ is next to nil!
None its a cheap employer and would rather well trained brain dead circus animals.
Office / Work Environment
The administrator assistant is top notch.
Could care less about this. If the CA facility was working a Saturday then the MA faculty was expected to work. This is because they say it is not fair one facility gives up a Saturday because of poor planning then all have to pay the price. So they will pay OT for no reason and you lose family time.
This facility is not handicap accessible.
A well trained circus animal could do the majority of tasks.
Suggestions for improvement
- Learn how to communicate with all your employees. You are a dysfunctional leadership group! Your on-boarding process is nonexistent and new hires can not help being frustrated with the company and start looking for new employment in a short period of time!
- Don't take any position here unless you absolutely need to take it. If you do keep your job search going until something better comes along!
What I like about the company
End of the day and leaving that nightmare.
What I dislike about the company
The senior leadership does nothing but talk negatively to all employees. Also lots of nepotism.
