Not a good culture. Alot of favoritism goes on there.

More along the lines on individual performance, most ppl unwilling to help

Overall compensation for your work

No i was not fairly compensated, was one of best procuers in my dept and still never received any bonus as a temp while others did. Remained a temp for over 8 months

  • Need managers who treat everyone fairly and promomte people who are deserving not by who they like

Suggestions for improvement

  • Create a more open dialogue with your employees, and have at least some incentives offered. Do not treat your employees as numbers; realize that they have valuable ideas that could contribute to the overall success of your organization.

What I like about the company

The comradery of the employees, no phone work involved, good location.

What I dislike about the company

Management typically does not place much value on employees' feedback or input. Decisions that affect employees' careers are usually made in secret; employees do not have a say in the direction of their own career path, and there are a limited number of options to start with. This, coupled with the lack of employee incentives, created a negative work environment where morale was extremely low.
