Suggestions for improvement

  • More options for non smokers and people desiring a quiet break area

What I like about the company

Treated very well. They love feedback and suggestions and respect me as a person and for my feedback. Many opportunities to grow and advance. Their motto is People First!

What I dislike about the company

The only improvement I can think of is that I would like to have a Quiet room provided for breaks as well as the current break room with the TV's etc. Also the smokers get the nice outdoor patio but there is no place for non smokers to enjoy outdoors during breaks
