Suggestions for improvement
- Tell the recruiting dept. to accurately explain the job duties and describe the Call Center culture. Some of your new hires quit jobs to work at your company only to find out the job is not as described. It's a call center. Your leadership is terrible and the USAA trainers are incompetent.
