New Hires have a reality check after starting the job, they have no idea of the propaganda they have been sold.

You're a machine divided into seconds on a clock, expectations are clear yet NOT possible to achieve in ALL areas ALL the time. No employee input matters, from the time you plug in till you unplug every second of the shift is accounted for.. there's always a reason for failure write up.. depressing.
