freedom at work
nothing to dislike
I always feel challenged and pushed to be better at SafeStreets. I feel motivated to be better at my job and a better person here. You won't find better people than at SafeStreets. The leadership has integrity and energy that is infectious throughout the company. It's refreshing working for honest, hard working people. SafeStreets has a very fun, flexible, and safe environment that makes you excited to go to work everyday. I always feel valued and always feel like I have a voice. The leadership at SafeStreets encourage work-life balance and respect your life outside of work.
nothing that I dislike!
I love that we are finally starting to donate towards charities. It gives me a purpose greater than myself.
Don't hire people just because you are "expecting volume". This cuts the salaries of established sales people. Hire people because there is volume and lets get them trained asap that way we don't have to fire the people we just hired in case the expected volume didn't come.
We have times of mass-hiring and mass-firings.
great co-workers, good pay, good to start a career
management needs some help, not that helpful and will not support you in the long run
management needs some help and will not support you in the long run
good
very challenging
great first job. Nice co-workers. Everyone works together.
I thnk management needs some work. they arent very supportive
management needs some work. That would be it
Helping customers is always great. Meet alot of great people
Management isnt the best. Never have your back
Better management would be a good idea
My Installation manager is always available and goes further to support the needs I have in the field.
The people I work with are amazing and I love what I do! There is a sense of family within my department.
Management, specifically our Owners, need to hold everyone to the same standard. There is a tremendous amount of favoritism and it's eventually going to bite them in the butt. I don't believe this company is ran as it should be... a lot of the shenanigans that occur would not happen if this was a publicly owned company.
We're working on ramping this up
Amazing!
Again, this depends on the team. HR is great but other departments have a hard time collaborating. This is a work in progress...
Our HR Director is AMAZING! She is able to provide every sort of support imaginable, all while still running a successful department.
This is up for debate... I have days where I feel like if I didn't have my supervisor and her supervisor by my side, I could be tossed to the side/forgotten/laid off just because I am not a part of the "crowd".
Depends on the team... Communication within the HR department is fantastic but getting other teams to openly communicate can be difficult at times.
Some days I feel as if there is a "boys club" and other times I feel like we're all in this together. It's very wishy washy.
If you are willing to work hard, you will be successful here! Great environment to work in with excellent managers who give you all the tools needed to succeed and the company has a very competitive pay structure. Great hours and fun co-workers who help to build each other up.
