What I like
I enjoy the continued moral boosters. (i.e: Cookouts, Office Olympics, Blood Drive)
What I dislike
I cannot really pin-point anything I dislike about the company.
Suggestions for improvement
The only thing I wish there was more of was job growth and new job opportunities.

Many folks do not know of the company but once you mention ADT they understand.

Overall compensation for your work
Although the pay is okay, I wish they paid by qualification. (Only saying this due to having to pay back Student Loans).

Yes, you need a key fob to get into the building.

The team I work with is great! We may have a few hiccups now and then but overall we work together and keep each other motivated.

Very, new systems and installations to address everyday. But nothing you cannot handle.

Everyday I come into work there are new projects and teams to work for. More work to me equals job security.
