Suggestions for improvement

  • practice what you preach. be less combative and willing to help your employees become successful instead of acting like nothing is wrong. admit to mistakes take ownership of them and fix them instead of ignoring them. less hostile work environment and verbal abuse. a compensation plan that is not one size fits all. not all areas generate the same revenue

What I dislike about the company

The way management treated its employees. one size fits all compensation plan. moral, hostile work environment. lack of pay that compensates hours of work.
