the sales floor positions are all entry level telesales. there are no other tiers leading to personal/professional growth or advancement.

Suggestions for improvement
- Bonus goals that are achievable at least 50% of the time. A lead base that has not been called by every department in the company within the last 45-60 days and a fresh/updated potential lead base that is fewer than seven years old. I prefer not to use the word "cronies" but that is what seperates the sales floor (96%) from the management (4%).

What I dislike about the company
pretty much everything. Again, there is virtually no upward mobility that is attainable and if there were positions available, the enviornment and the culture simply would not enhance the experience of working at safety services.
