Decisions are made by upper management. Branch Manager can make no decisions on his own
No regular meetings. Sending out important information is seldom done.

Very poor attitude towards the older worker looking for some part-time hours.
The company does offer advancement for women but at a lower pay scale.

Computers very out of date and very slow.
Environmental and climate conditions do not concern them.
There is peer pressure in working long hours.
All employees talked badly of the company.
Job was based on the bid system of Mercedes. The job was not stable
Employees are required to climb very high on a moving ladder to reach boxes. the 3 point contact could not be used.
No the company does not.
The work is so simple even a child could do it.

Management does not want to hear your ideas. It's their way or leave.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new branch management team including regional management that will be fair with wages and consistent with standard operating procedures.
What I like about the company
I liked my job and the Mercedes Team Members I helped with safety shoes.
What I dislike about the company
The branch management team were very disorganized and the branch manager could not make any decisions on his own. They were always changing the rules. What was ok and the norm on Monday suddenly became taboo on Tuesday.
