Everybody knew what they were doing.
When organized everyone had their responsibilities , may it be alone or in teams.
Level of Autonomy
Every one was treated like an adult and there for was able to think for them selves in solving the problems at hand or could easily ask for help. All of us had a lot of wiggle room in the work environment since there was more than one way to do it.
