Suggestions for improvement
- Hire managers who actually will encourage the employees to want the union and the employees to succeed. Don't be so overly focused on the bottom line.
What I like about the company
Working with AFTRA wasn't so bad. There was a culture there that involved everyone's input. It was during the merge with SAG when things fell apart.
What I dislike about the company
Too many micro-managers, insufficient training during the merger transition. They operate more as a corporation rather than a union looking after their employees and members.
