Suggestions for improvement
- Get a clue as to what it means to have a transparent working environment. Staff was told not to discuss the Engagement Survey with anyone including National Board Members. The Executive Management is are deceitful to rank and file members and Board Members.
What I like about the company
Like working with performers.
What I dislike about the company
The managerial staff is not diverse and not representative of the rank and file members. SAG-AFTRA works as an organization and care more about public image than what actually happens on a day to day level. Most of the Upper Management is not in the office, there is one Sr. Ex who has relocated to another state and comes in only for meetings.
