  • We need to have a little more organization in general about our workflow because things tend to add up.

What I like about the company

The company I work for is more like a family. I am able to provide a lot of value to my team with a lot of opportunities for growth. I have made a new best friend here as well and have experienced events I never have before like the Preakness.

What I dislike about the company

There are always areas of improvement, but one thing we need to get better with is figuring out ways to get answers/responses when people are out of town or are not being very responsive.

We used to live, breathe, and exemplify VALUES. Then we changed to our DNA Bullseye. It is a bullseye for sure!

Support from management

The hotels are squeezed for more and more with less and less. Corporate needs a reality check. No wonder it is a revolving door!

Only if you are in Denver or the home office where the Koolaid is freely flowing.

Micromanaged or left to struggle with no coverage.
