Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2013
Support from Management
You are hired as a 1099 employee but are held to full time employee guide lines.
They offer no being its but a vehicle allowance and a weeks vacation but it's all paid 1099.
Suggestions for improvement
- Either treat contractors as contractors and follow the labor laws. Or fire as a full time employee with all the benefits.
