Suggestions for improvement
- Trust the people you hire.
Laid back atmosphere, unless you are a contractor to them.
SAIC hired me as an hourly consultant through a staffing firm. This allows them to treat you like the red-headed stepchild, while they take the easy work andtime off. Maybe work there as an employee, but not a Contractor. No Benefits, No respect and you are disposable
Used to be great more than five years ago, now the leadership is just focused on stock price and to devil with employees and their needs/desires.
Don’t trust them. They will tell you will get training but then there is no money
Good people still trying to work productively
What is shared down the chain is lies
